Frame

Your choice of proven timber or lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium, both engineered to the same structural standard.

Chassis

Pre-galvanised 450 grade Australian steel, precision-welded. Reinforced A-frames and off-road suspension options for travellers who don't stop at the tar.

Flooring

One-piece honeycomb waterproof floor. Built to handle a decade of loading, unloading, and hard travel without flexing or failing.

Roof

One-piece fibreglass, zero joins, zero seams. The single biggest point of failure in a cheaper caravan, eliminated.

Walls

Multi-layer aluminium composite panels with marine-grade 0.30mm aluminium skins and a PPG FEVE coating rated for harsh UV.

Panels

Composite panels built from a rigid XPS foam core bonded between fibreglass (GRP) skins. The result is a lighter, stronger, fully insulated build that keeps the cabin comfortable on every trip.

Every Cadillac RV starts with a purpose-built, pre-galvanised 450 Australian steel chassis, reinforced A-frames, off-road suspension options, and the ground clearance to actually leave the bitumen. From there, every structural component is chosen for strength first: aluminium or Meranti Timber frame, a seamless one-piece fibreglass roof with zero joins to fail, and a one-piece honeycomb waterproof floor that won’t delaminate after a decade of hard travel.

This is what “Australian made caravans” should mean – not just assembled locally, but engineered for the specific abuse Australian roads deliver.
