Warranty & After-Sales Support

We build every Cadillac RV to last and we stand behind every single one. Here’s everything you need to know about your warranty, how to protect it and to lodge a claim with us.

Caravan Warranty

Your warranty, explained

Every new Cadillac RV comes with a structured warranty that covers the build, the chassis, and the components fitted in Victoria. We want every owner to feel confident on the road, and that starts with understanding exactly what you’re covered for. Every Cadillac RV comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Individual component warranties — including Arizon battery systems and chassis suppliers — are provided by their respective manufacturers and sit alongside your Cadillac RV warranty for additional peace of mind. Full inclusions, exclusions, and conditions are set out in your Warranty Booklet, provided at the time of purchase.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, or modify them.

How a warranty claim works

Your first point of contact for any warranty matter is the dealership where you purchased your Cadillac RV. They know your van, they know the process, and they're best placed to get things resolved quickly. If anything needs to go beyond what your dealership can resolve, they'll escalate it directly to our warranty team at Cadillac RV, who will step in and coordinate from there.

Lodge your claim

Fill in the form below with your van details and a description of the issue. Include photos where possible — it helps move things along faster.

Internal assessment

Our warranty team reviews your claim and will be in touch if any further information is needed.

Repair Coordination

We'll arrange the next steps for your repair — whether that's through our Somerton facility or an authorised service centre near you.

Protecting your warranty

Your warranty is there to protect you and a few simple habits will make sure it stays valid for the life of your cover.

Having your van serviced at recommended intervals by an authorised Cadillac RV service centre is one of the most important things you can do. Regular servicing keeps your van performing at its best and ensures your warranty remains valid.

Repairs and servicing carried out by non-authorised repairers may affect your warranty cover. Always use a Cadillac RV authorised service centre or contact our warranty team before arranging any work.

Modifications or alterations made without prior approval from Cadillac RV may void parts of your warranty. If you’re thinking about upgrading or changing anything on your van, reach out to us before you proceed.

Always tow and load within your van’s rated weights — Tare, ATM, and Ball Weight. Overloading can cause damage that falls outside warranty cover and creates safety risks on the road.

Hold onto your purchase documents, service records, and warranty booklet. These may be required when lodging a claim.
